You can confidently leave the car for 14 days and immerse yourself every day in the beautiful nature that surrounds us, go new ways every day and discover other beautiful spots again and again!

The classics that pass by our front door are the Way of St. James, the King Ludwig Way, the Prelate Way, the Meditation Trail, the Romantic Road, the German Alpine Road and the Lake Constance-Königssee Cycle Path!
Varied and scenic trails with lengths from 4 km to almost 15 km are offered by the Nordic Walking Center Wildsteig. For this purpose, there is free information material with route descriptions and rental poles.
Also with children you can go on the way and so, for example, explore the milk trail with a rest at the Schönegger Käsealm. There is a lot to discover there!

Cable cars

Various mountain railways, which can be reached in 20 to 45 minutes by car, let you enjoy the Alpine panorama from the Werdenfels Alps to the Ammergau Alps to the Tannheim mountains at lofty heights. An unforgettable experience!
These include the Hörnle mountain railway, the Buchenbergbahn, the Tegelbergbahn, the Kolbensesselbahn with Alpine Coaster, the Zugspitzbahn and many more.

You can relax and unwind wonderfully at the many surrounding mountain rivers, bathing lakes and moor lakes. Nearby are the Schwaigsee with sunbathing lawn and kiosk (only 3 km from the Kirchberger), the Soier See (Bad Bayersoien, 5 km away), the Staffelsee (Murnau), the Lechbrucker See and the Forggensee (Füssen). This is only a small selection about the possibilities for swimming, boating or boating.
